As Product Manager, I led the transformation of the Education Program Management module, introducing advanced monitoring, analytics dashboards, and new workflows for course and sponsor agency management.

Enhanced Program Monitoring & Dashboards:
Developed real-time dashboards for education program administrators and state offices, providing visibility into program status, student progress, graduation rates, and certification outcomes. Dashboards enable users to quickly identify trends, monitor compliance, and make data-driven decisions for program improvement.
Course Management by Position:
Implemented logic to manage courses and training requirements based on personnel position (e.g., EMT, Paramedic, Instructor). Agencies can now assign, track, and report on courses specific to each role, ensuring targeted training and streamlined credentialing.
Sponsor Agency Updates:
Enabled sponsor agencies to update program details, course offerings, and instructor assignments directly within the platform. Automated notifications alert agencies and state offices to changes, supporting timely approvals and compliance tracking.
Integration & Automation:
Linked education program data with personnel and agency records, automating updates to profiles and reducing manual entry. Enhanced workflows ensure that course completions, instructor assignments, and sponsor updates are reflected system-wide.
Customizable Reporting & Analytics:
Delivered robust reporting tools for agencies and state offices to analyze program effectiveness, track student progress, and identify trends in certification and licensure. Provided dashboards for program administrators to monitor compliance and performance metrics.
Stakeholder Engagement & Focus Groups:
Facilitated focus groups with education program directors, instructors, and regulatory officials to gather requirements, validate workflows, and ensure the solution met the needs of diverse user groups. Incorporated feedback into iterative development cycles, resulting in user-friendly interfaces and streamlined processes.
Regulatory Compliance & Audit Support:
Ensured the module supported state and national regulatory requirements for EMS education, including documentation retention, audit trails, and reporting formats. Enabled agencies to quickly respond to audits and demonstrate compliance with training standards.
