Hi, I’m Ted, and I’ve spent much of my life working to reshape my relationship with food, nutrition and fitness. For years, I was far from being in great shape, but over time, I learned that the path to wellness is more about consistent growth than sudden transformations.
Today, I’m a proud dad, an avid CrossFitter, and someone who’s always striving to improve—both physically and mentally. After completing an Ironman, I’ve come to appreciate the value of pushing limits and finding balance in all aspects of life. Along the way, I’ve embraced Stoic philosophy, which has been a guiding force in helping me stay grounded and focused on what truly matters.
By day, I’m a product manager for a software company, where I balance the demands of work with my passion for fitness and nutrition. My goal with this blog is to share the lessons I’ve learned—from optimizing nutrition for performance to the small daily habits that lead to lasting change. I hope to offer practical advice, grounded in both my personal experience and a philosophy of continuous improvement.
If you’re on your own health journey—whether just starting or looking to refine your routine—I hope you find something here that helps you take the next step toward your goals.
